About this role
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the regional marketing strategy across all channels and functions;
- Lead and coordinate specialized teams: content, social media, AV, and design;
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows as CRM integrations, email sequences, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization;
- Drive social media strategy across platforms, overseeing content calendars, publishing schedules, and community engagement;
- Manage brand identity, ensure visual and messaging consistency across every touchpoint, from ads to presentations to event materials;
- Plan and execute events from concept and logistics to vendor coordination and post-event reporting;
- Develop and manage partnerships, identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and activate co-marketing initiatives;
- Own marketing communications including internal and external messaging, PR angles, campaign copy direction;
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations to align marketing with business priorities;
- Track campaign performance through key metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders;
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across all active workstreams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading a full-scope marketing function, not just one channel;
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar);
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (organic and paid) and how to grow and engage an audience;
- Experience managing brand guidelines and ensuring consistency at scale;
- Track record of planning and executing events, both online and offline;
- Experience building or managing partnerships and co-marketing programs;
- Strong analytical mindset means confident working with CAC, LTV, ROI, engagement rates, and building performance dashboards;
- Ability to generate ideas, structure them into briefs, and drive execution from start to finish;
- Excellent communicator means clear and effective with both teams and senior stakeholders;
- High level of ownership and accountability across all assigned functions.
