Job Description

What will you acquire?

Our internships have a structured framework including interactive training and development activities as well as close collaboration with our experienced team. During your 6 months with us you will learn:

• Induction to Radisson Hotel Group Culture and Beliefs, leadership foundations, and Brands architecture.
• Structured program covering Ecommerce foundations principles and techniques. Focused on key projects such us Club of Web
• Interactive training on key systems.
•  Exposure to other teams and business units linked to Ecommerce (i.e. Distribution, Marketing, Revenue, Web, Hotels, etc)
• One-to-one mentor with regular feedback.
• Understanding of current Business focus.
• Continuous in-role development through close collaboration with our team of experts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Being eligible to work in Spain without a specific permit
• Being able to sign an internship agreement with your school/university
