The Trainee role

Our Trainees are the stars of the future with a craving to develop their knowledge and skills! You are enthusiastic and motivated with a desire to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

You will have a passion for hospitality, be an excellent communicator, and enjoy working as a team. Your role will be supportive, hands-on and business focused to act as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting the company culture and values. As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure the proper support of the Accounting Department with internal and external stakeholders. 

As Accounting Trainee , you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

The position will be based on several properties based In Brussels and surroundings allowing you to discover different structures and hotel brands

The main tasks covered during this internship will be:

• Accounts payable
• Account receivable
• Bank / Cash
• Income audit
• P&L and A&L analysis and reconciliation
• Reporting
• …

This list is not exhaustive and we are open to explain, train and share our knowledge for a full accounting and finance experience in hotel business.

Qualifications

Qualities/ Requirements We Are Looking For In Our Management Trainee

• Flexibility and a positive, Yes, I Can! Attitude
• An eye for detail
• Is a  problem-solver
• Passionate about creating extraordinary service
• Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement
• Fluent in English & Good understanding of French or Dutch  
• Internship of minimum 6-months
