About this role
Main Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation & Strategy: Identify and target high-potential B2B clients, including businesses interested in corporate gifts, bulk purchases, and other partnership possibilities.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.
• Sales Negotiation & Closing: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals. Maximize sales opportunities and exceed targets by understanding clients’ goals and providing exceptional value.
• Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to position our products effectively and spot new business opportunities.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the internal teams (sales, marketing, ordering and planning, operations) to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, feedback and reports to Company management.
Required qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Skills: Proven success in sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be a skilled negotiator who can drive revenue while maintaining strong, positive relationships.
