Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, adjust, and repair all types of bicycles (road, mountain, electric), including fixing brakes, gears, chains, and wheels. Assembly: Build new bicycles from boxes to manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Interaction: Discuss repair options, provide cost estimates, and offer advice on accessories and maintenance.
- Workshop Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized, workspace and manage tools. Inventory Control: Track and order spare parts, tires, and accessories
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and have the ability to stand, lift, push and pull for long periods during shift
- Team player with a outgoing personality
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Good communication skills
