Job Description
- To greet guests with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help.
- Ask open questions to find out the guest's needs.
- To recommend, select, and locate the correct merchandise for the guest's needs.
- To receive and process cash and card transactions.
- Be fully updated on product knowledge, answering questions, and addressing concerns from guests.
- Maintain a friendly and focused environment at all times.
- Informing guests about sales promotions and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year relevant retail or customer-facing experience that reflects the role.
- Can demonstrate a passion for working with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- A desire and ability to deliver sales against the targets set.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
- Be an excellent team player.
- Commitment and enthusiasm.
- Shows eagerness and a capacity to learn.
- Adapts in difficult situations, solves problems, and makes decisions when necessary.
