Job Description

As the Demi Chef de Partie (Team Restaurant) - Sri Lankan Specialty at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Sri Lankan dishes for our team members. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, contributing to a positive dining experience for our staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Sri Lankan cuisine.
  • Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
