As our Butchery Demi Chef de Partie, you will:

• Assist in the butchery process, including meat and seafood selection, portioning, and preparation, under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Work collaboratively with the butcher team to ensure the quality and consistency of meat cuts for our culinary creations.
• Learn and develop essential butchery skills, meat and seafood handling techniques, and proper storage procedures to uphold the standards of excellence in meat preparation.
