As our Demi Chef de Partie Indonesian Specialist, you will:
• Showcase your expertise in Indonesian cuisine, specializing in traditional dishes, spices, and cooking techniques that reflect the diverse culinary heritage of Indonesia.
• Assist in kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of authentic Indonesian dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative Indonesian menus that highlight regional specialties and showcase the depth and complexity of Indonesian flavors.
• Support the training and development of culinary staff in Indonesian cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and traditional recipes to uphold the authenticity and excellence of Indonesian cuisine.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, monitoring food costs, and optimizing kitchen performance to deliver exceptional Indonesian dining experiences.
• Stay informed about Indonesian culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for culinary innovation and creativity in Indonesian cuisine.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience, with a focus on Indonesian cuisine and at least 1-2 years in a similar role as a Demi Chef de Partie.
• Proficiency in a variety of Indonesian cooking techniques, regional cuisines, and spice blends.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
