- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a cafe, bar, or food service environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Fluent in English.
