Job Description

As the Kids Club Supervisor at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kids Club, including planning and coordinating activities, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children. You will play a pivotal role in creating a fun and educational atmosphere where children can learn, play, and create lasting memories.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, education, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of child safety and first aid procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
