Job Description
Software Mind is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong UI/CSS skills to lead development on a client onboarding and process automation platform.

About the Role
Our client is building a self-service platform to automate client onboarding scripts and HTML branding creation. The work is split between platform development (50%) and direct client launches (50%). This is a team lead position working alongside an additional developer and a QA resource.
Main Responsibilities
Platform Development (50%)
- Architect and develop a self-service automation platform using Angular, C#, and REST APIs
- Build and maintain MySQL database integrations and back-end services
- Design and implement polished, responsive UI components with a strong emphasis on HTML/CSS and TypeScript
- Integrate and maintain AWS infrastructure and services
- Set and uphold front-end quality and UI/UX standards across the team
Client Launches & Team Lead (50%)
- Lead technical execution of client onboarding and branding deployments
- Coordinate with an additional developer and QA resource
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical direction to the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and timelines
Qualifications
Requirements
- +90% English written and oral (B2 level minimum)
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Angular, C#, REST API, and MySQL
- Advanced HTML, CSS, and TypeScript skills – UI design quality is essential
- Experience with AWS services
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating a development team
Nice to Have
- Experience building self-service or automation platforms
- Familiarity with client onboarding workflows
- Experience with BrowserStack, BlazeMeter, or Cypress for QA coordination
