This role sits within Tyto Content Studio, the integrated content marketing arm of the agency. As a Content Specialist, you’ll be confident producing high-quality and creative content and advising on content strategy for Tyto’s B2B tech clients. You won’t be afraid to delve into technical topics, using your storytelling skills to bring these to life and resonate with a broad range of audiences. You will be confident interviewing senior spokespeople and experts to unearth compelling points of views that help transform brands into thought leaders.  

As a specialist, you will work as part of dedicated account teams and provide expert content support and counsel ad hoc on projects and new business proposals. You will produce a diverse range of content that supports fully integrated PR and marketing campaigns. You will be proactive and regularly share insights, ideas, and knowledge with clients and the wider Tyto team.  

As part of your role within Tyto Content Studio, you will also support upskilling the wider team in crafting effective and engaging content and support Tyto’s own marketing.  

Your Experience: 

• 3-5 years of experience in journalism, PR, marketing, or content roles (freelance, in-house, or agency). 
• Expertise in tech/business topics for a B2B audience. 
• Proven track record in producing diverse long and short form content (eBooks, reports, bylines, press releases). 
• Skilled in interviewing senior executives and spokespeople. 
• Confident in client interactions and managing relationships. 
• Adaptable to quick turnarounds and various content formats. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Expertise in marketing content strategy and PR functions. 
• Comfortable working remotely and as part of a diverse pan-European team.

• Create high-quality written content across different formats (articles, reports, press releases, etc.). 
• Develop and execute content strategies that meet client goals and drive engagement. 
• Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure content aligns with briefs and exceeds expectations. 
• Lead content ideation sessions and provide strategic counsel to clients. 
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining top-notch quality. 
• Lead in delivering content coaching and training to upskill the team in writing and editing skills.
