Job Description

  • Support and automize the global reporting of R&D Opex (operating expenses) and Capex (capital expenditures) – VBA knowledge in Excel  
  • Support Budget and Forecast process  
  • Monitor the margin generated on deals and compare actuals vs. forecast with focus on DACH region 
  • Systems optimization including automation, harmonization and AI usage 
  • Monitor the proper execution of operations and propose optimization ways 
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis at Finance or Local Mngt request 
  • Support in ERP topics (SAP knowledge favorable) 
  • Support local audits  
  • Support for all topics in global controlling 
  • Support the implementation of SAC Analytical Tool 

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Financial training (ideally university/FH, HAK, etc.) including basics in Controlling and Accounting  

Skills/Abiliies:

  • Affinity to analysis, reporting tools and ERP systems (such as SAP) 
  • Excellent skills in Excel, preferably also VBA 
  • Excellent German and fluent in Business English 
  • Dynamic and communicative personality with team spirit 
  • Independent and proactive way of working
