About this role
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Technical Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, components, and services for both production and project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchasing stock items and project-related parts and consumables based on technical drawings
- Managing RFQs (Request for Quotations), evaluating offers, and negotiating pricing and commercial terms
- Communicating and negotiating with existing suppliers, as well as identifying and developing new suppliers
- Processing purchase orders, monitoring order status, and tracking deliveries
- Handling procurement-related administration (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
- Collaborating with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate procurement and inventory records
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum secondary education in a technical field
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- English level B2/C1
