The Role
As a Trainee Salesperson, you will be trained from the ground up to become a successful technical sales professional. You’ll learn how to:
- Understand customer operations and identify their needs
- Represent a range of engineered equipment and full processing solutions
- Build relationships with growers, packhouses and processors
- Support experienced sales colleagues on customer visits, demonstrations and projects
- Develop commercial awareness and negotiation skills
This is a structured role designed to give you real responsibility, real support and a clear development path.
Training & Development
You will receive a comprehensive and structured training programme, including:
