  • Software, hardware hibák diagnosztikája, majd hibajavítása
  • Notebook telepítések
  • Port patchek
  • Az eszkalált kérések, hibák nyomonkövetése
  • Szükség esetén távoli támogatás nyújtása
  • Ügyfelekkel való kapcsolattartás

Képzettség

  • Középszintű angol nyelvtudás
  • Aktív (vagy 25 év alatti passzív) nappali tagozatos hallgatói jogviszony megléte még legalább 1 évig
  • Heti legalább min. 24 óra irodai munkavégzés
  • Operációs rendszerek ismerete
  • Informatikai affinitás
  • Windows 10 operációs rendszer behatóbb ismerete
  • Office alkalmazások ismerete (2019/O365)
  • Legalább alapfokú hardware ismeretek
