  • Batch jobok írása, módosítása, ütemezése
  • Joblog analízis, hibaelhárítás
  • Frissítésekkel (releasekkel) kapcsolatos koordináció az érintett szakterületekkel
  • Új frissítések (releasek) előkészítése, telepítése és tesztelése
  • Datasetek kezelése
  • Üzemeltetési tesztelésben részvétel
  • Kapcsolódó alkalmazások 2nd /3rd level technikai támogatás
  • Ticketadminisztráció és dokumentációkezelés ITIL alapján
  • Komplex problémamegoldás: root cause analízis
  • Processzek betartatása
  • Incident/Problem/Change/Request menedzsment
  • Aktív részvétel napi/heti ügyfélmegbeszéléseken
  • On call

Képzettség

  • Minimum 2-4 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat
  • Magabiztos z/OS, JES, TSO, JCL, ISPF, Scheduler, OMVS tudás
  • Német és angol nyelvtudás (min. B1 szint)
