Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait (GCC)
• Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand product offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects
• Achieve monthly call volume targets and contribute to lead-generation efforts
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
• Track record of geographies like UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate product offerings effectively
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in sales or pre-sales is a plus
• Adaptability to scale efforts as the team expands
• Immediate availability for an interview
