Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Senior Analyst Forecasting to join our team in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, France. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing forecasting models that drive strategic business decisions across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze historical data, identify trends, and deliver accurate predictions that support planning and resource allocation. • Develop, validate, and maintain sophisticated forecasting models using statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for model improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, revenue management and commercial teams to understand business requirements and translate them into forecasting solutions
• Prepare comprehensive forecasting reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to enhance model performance and reliability
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Document forecasting methodologies, assumptions, and model specifications for organizational knowledge and compliance
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging forecasting techniques to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications

Background:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in forecasting, demand planning, financial analysis, or related analytical field
• Engineer's degree (Master's level / Bac+5, engineering school or equivalent Master's degree)

Mandatory skills:

• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, time series modeling, and predictive analytics
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Strong programming experience in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Fluent in French/ English

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
