Job Description

FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Montney Turnaround! Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects. 

Location: Montney, BC
Duration: July 7-18, 2026

NOW HIRING: Pipefitters 

Details:

  • Camp accommodation provided
  • Travel allowance provided
  • 13-hour days (includes 1 hour of travel at regular time)
  • Hot lunch provided (July 10–18)
  • Night shift premium
  • Pipefitter Rates: 
    • Journeyperson: $42.00 REG / $63.00 OT
    • 4th Year: $37.80 REG / $56.70 OT
    • 3rd Year: $33.60 REG / $50.40 OT
    • 2nd Year: $29.40 REG / $44.10 OT
    • 1st Year: $27.30 REG / $40.95 OT

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • WHMIS 
  • No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.
    • Fall Protection
    • H2S Alive
    • Confined Space Entry
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
