Procurement Carrier Relationship Manager - Singapore

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationship for the assigned countries/carriers
• Create and implement effective procurement strategy for all major networking equipment and accessory by working with internal business units on potential future projects.
• Create and present weekly and monthly P&L management report.
• Monitor and improve inventory deficiencies, such as networking equipment and accessory stock status, amortization of inventory, and storage cost.
• Develop and expand vendor channels for different networking  equipment and accessory, including due diligence and cost negotiation.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Establish team organization structure.
• Strong customer base in global networking
• Other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is a preferred.
• Experience in telecom, data center, or cloud industry.
• Degree graduate in business administration, inventory management, finance, or related field.
• 8 years of related working experience in similar roles.
• Possess excellent computer skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and responsible.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
