We are London's oldest LGBTQ+ venue and are looking for bar superstars to come join us.

If you have bags of character, flare and charm with a top notch personality then we want to hear from you!

People that can give great customer service time and time again even when the bar is packed; people who can still smile and have a laugh with our customers when it's a busy Saturday night. We're very much about making sure both our customers and staff have fun behind the bar - all while giving the best service and keeping everyone safe.

Job Description

Our bar staff are our diamonds - they sparkle and give our customers the best possible service and know how to fun at the same time.

Working doesn't have to be a drag which is why we want you to look forward to come to work.

We're a community LGBTQ+ venue in the heart of Central London that offers cabaret, karaoke, quizzes, social meetings for many LGBTQ+ societies and club nights.

We stay open late 7 nights a week and until 3am at the weekends.

We also do the best handmade fresh to order pizza anywhere in town!

Qualifications

As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
