Job Description

As a Dray Operative, you'll hold a central role in our operations, ensuring the seamless delivery and distribution of our beers. From the first load to the last, you'll continue to help raise the bar by demonstrating the spirit of consideration and commitment that defines the team. Embracing the challenge of early starts, your dedication ensures our beverages reach their destinations promptly and with the highest level of service. 

Qualifications

In your role as a Dray Operative you will...

• Provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining professionalism and courtesy
• Safely manual handling of materials and products/wines/beers/spirits/soft drinks when loading and unloading in accordance with procedures 
• Adhere to legislative, company, and departmental protocols, including health and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and KPIs, and fulfil extra tasks assigned by your manager
• Accurately checking goods upon delivery to ensure top-notch quality and reliability

What you’ll bring... 

• Physical ability and skill to follow specific instructions for the safe handling of large products during multi-drop deliveries  
• Efficiency in loading and unloading procedures, prioritising customer satisfaction 
• Ability to adapt to a variety of client requirements, as well as expertise in communication with both team members and customers
• A customer-focused mindset, willing to adjust work patterns as needed to professionally represent the company to customers
