Job Description

Peoplesoft Financial Functional Lead - ONLY GC or EAD or USC

Raleigh, NC.

Top Three Skills:
1) PeopleSoft Functional Lead with a focus on AP and AM (Pay Cycle processing and diagnostics is a must)
2) Experience working with Business users and senior members of the financial team, providing knowledge transfer and Post Go Live support.
3) Able to troubleshoot issues, keep a project on schedule, communicate well with others, put out fires, delegate duties / tasks, thinking ahead to avoid issues and have a proactive approach.
4) Provide recommendations for future configurations and enhancements.
Job Description: We are replacing our legacy financial systems with PeopleSoft v9.2. We are working with a Systems Integrator for this Implementation. We are required to have key PS resources to work hand and hand with the Systems Integrator and our internal teams.

Job Duties
Work with our Accounts Payable and Asset Management work stream leaders to ensure that the packaged software configuration meets the business process design and product requirements.
Inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
Assist with/conduct software training as needed.
Ensure that other team members, such as the change enablement team, the integration solution designer, have the information they need to successfully complete their work.
Review and approve documents provided by the System Integrator. Complete additional documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will be used to maintain the application.
Identify and communicate risks and assumptions associated with the functional elements of the solution.
