Responsabilidades:

 

Tu principal función será brindar una atención personalizada a nuestros usuarios, ofreciendo servicios y soluciones, garantizando tanto la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

 

Requisitos:

 

·      Bachillerato concluído (Preferentemente).

·      Experiencia: mínima de 6 meses en atención a clientes o asesor de ventas en giro Retail preferentemente en tecnología o empresas de Retail (Radioshack, Steren, Best Buy, Office Max, Office Depot, Lumen, Starbucks, etc).-

·      *IMPORTANTE: NO SON VENTAS DE PRODUCTOS NI ACCESORIOS, SON VENTAS DE SERVICIOS.*

·      Habilidades de comunicación y resolución de conflictos.

·      Capacidad de autogestión y aprendizaje.

·      Gusto por la tecnología.
