Mainframe Developer

Duration – 18 months

Location – Columbus, OH

Mainframe, Cobol, IDMS, Agile, Scrum

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have experience with CICS, JCL, ESP, ChangeMan and VSAM. This is supporting the Pallm application.

Responsibilities include design, code, test, debug, and document programs in the COBOL, CICS, ESP, ChangeMan, VSAM, and JCL technologies.

Develop, code and unit test within stated technologies on an Agile line. Assist with upskill of junior developers and make sure line commitments are covered from iteration to iteration.

Associates are expected to design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications.

Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities."
