Service Now Developer

Duration: +6 months

Need Full GC or USC

General Responsibilities:

ā€¢ Design, develop, debug, and modifies components of ServiceNow software platform applications and tools.

ā€¢ Drive technical direction at the application/product level for small to mid-sized projects.

ā€¢ Design, spec, schedule and provide quality implementation of a component or feature (typically 1-3 months in duration).

ā€¢ Provide alternative solutions to a given problem.

ā€¢ Resolve problems and roadblocks, with management assistance if required.

ā€¢ Follow through on details and drive issues to closure.

ā€¢ Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.

ā€¢ Actively participate in group technology reviews to critique work of self and others.

ā€¢ Work collaboratively with all members of technical staff.

ā€¢ Collaborate with program management and testing peers in the development of assigned components.

ā€¢ Participates in and provides input to requirements definition.

ā€¢ Usually provides solid judgment calls and tradeoff analysis.

Additional Job Details:

ā€¢ Translate business requirements into code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging, and ensure adherence to defined ServiceNow engineering processes.

ā€¢ Proposes improvements in design and processes.

ā€¢ Must have Scrum/Agile development experience and ability to work in a high velocity and deliver manner.
