Job Description

•5-8+ years of experience with Information Technology Delivery Services
•BS degree in Computer Science, related engineering field or equivalent work experience
•Previous experience investigating, analyzing, defining, tailoring, and implementing solutions that help to align technology and business goals
•Demonstrated experience working directly with business teams to identify and analyze business processes and workflows, process integration touch points, and develop solution architecture
•Experience with developing solution architecture and conceptual and logical system design for large-scale programs and projects
•Experience developing and maintaining enterprise technical architecture, perform activities, including conceptual and logical modeling and analysis of complex systems environments, technical infrastructure, and other components of the client technical environment
•Ability to document the architectural conclusion using technical specification notations, including UML
•Ability to develop technical guidance, design patterns, and standards, and collaborate with IT project stakeholders in the development and evaluation of EA-compliant technical solutions
•Experience designing adaptable and flexible systems that meet client requirements
•Demonstrated, in-depth experience with .NET or Java development technologies
•Previous experience developing and implementing Service-Oriented Architecture, designing data modeling and data integration, Web Applications, Web Services, Enterprise Application Integration, Database applications
•Demonstrated experience with all aspects of application programming including UI design, business rules implementation, and application integration
•Demonstrated experience with Agile and test-driven (TDD) software development methodologies

Preferred Skills

•Graduate degree or advanced studies
•Possession of excellent analytical and conceptual skills and ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels
•Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
