Job Description

Grow your depth of knowledge and expertise.  Our work is very diverse and includes many types of facilities and operations.  Landfills, recycling and reuse, waste processing, wastewater treatment, and renewable natural gas facilities are among our most typical engagements.  We will help you to stay at the forefront of all modern waste management technologies.

Qualifications

We seek a team-oriented candidate with a degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Civil Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well. 

  • Education –graduation from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Knowledge and ability to perform site inspections is required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
  • Skills and Abilities – desire to learn; ability to work independently and with client representatives and/or contractors; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed.
  • Experience – 2-5 years of experience in Landfill and Solid Waste facility design projects combined with an education in Civil, Environmental, or Mining Engineering.

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
