Job Description

Il candidato deve dare prova di conoscenze delle macchine e delle tecnologie necessarie ad eseguire la mansione di assemblatore meccanico - preparatore / saldatore

In particolare, dovrà acquisire abilità precisone e velocità nell’esecuzione dei compiti assegnati e saper utilizzare le macchine fisse e portatili come: seghetti, trapani e frese a colonna, piega tubi, filiere, mole, smerigliatrici orbitali, saldatrici.,

Dovrà acquisire perizia ed autonomia esecutiva nello svolgere le proprie mansioni, avere capacità tecnica nella lettura e comprensione del disegno meccanici e nella costruzione dei manufatti, in accordo alle specifiche richieste.

La puntualità e conformità nella consegna del lavoro è un requisito essenziale.

Lavorerà in gruppo per cui dovrà rispettare gli obblighi, le responsabilità e le procedure aziendali inerenti la Sicurezza, l'Ambiente e la Prevenzione degli infortuni.

Lui/Lei riporteranno al Assembly Coordinator  sarà coordinato dallo stesso

L’attività principale sarà quella di eseguire montaggi meccanici per i quali è richiesto:

1.Leggere e comprendere le procedure di montaggio.

2.Organizzare la propria Area di Lavoro

3.Leggere e comprendere il disegno meccanico.

4.Utilizzare SAP per le dichiarazioni delle ore/quantità lavorate.

6.Comprendere e seguire le procedure aziendali.

7.Essere puntuale e conforme nella consegna dei lavori assegnati.

Come plus al candidato potrebbe essere richiesta la possibilità di supportare il reparto di Saldatura, per cui Il candidato acquisirà esperienza nella preparazione di giunti di saldatura su tubazioni e serbatoi con diametri da ½ "a 8" e nel montaggio degli stessi

E’ necessario che sia una conoscenza delle seguenti tecniche di saldatura :• GTAW (TIG).• FCAW (MIG / MAG) con i seguenti materiali:• Acciaio inossidabile.• Acciaio al carbonio, per i quali il candidato dovrà eseguire le qualifiche in conformità agli standard e alle norme europee (PED) e americane (ASME).

 

The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the machines and technologies required to perform the role of mechanical assembler - preparer/welder. In particular, they must acquire the ability to perform assigned tasks accurately and quickly, and be proficient in using fixed and portable machines such as hacksaws, drills and milling machines, pipe benders, dies, grinding wheels, orbital grinders, and welding machines. They must acquire expertise and executive autonomy in carrying out their duties, possessing technical skills in reading and understanding mechanical drawings, and in constructing products according to required specifications. Punctuality and compliance in delivering work are essential. They will work as part of a team and must comply with company obligations, responsibilities, and procedures regarding safety, the environment, and accident prevention. They will report to and be coordinated by the Assembly Coordinator. The primary activity will be performing mechanical assembly tasks, requiring: 1. Read and understand assembly procedures. 2. Organize your work area 3. Read and understand mechanical drawings. 4. Use SAP to report hours/quantities worked. 6. Understand and follow company procedures. 7. Be punctual and compliant in delivering assigned work. As a plus, the candidate may be asked to support the Welding department, whereby the candidate will gain experience preparing weld joints on pipes and tanks with diameters ranging from ½" to 8" and in their assembly. Proficiency in the following welding techniques is required: • GTAW (TIG) • FCAW (MIG/MAG) with the following materials: • Stainless steel • Carbon steel, for which the candidate must be qualified in accordance with European (PED) and American (ASME) standards and regulations.
