Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building real relationships, opening doors, and embedding yourself in the world of CRM and AI-powered selling?


Vantage Point is growing โ€” and we're looking for a BDR who's ready to connect with decision-makers across our target market, working remotely from Central and Eastern Europe.


What you'll be doing: You'll be the first point of contact between Vantage Point and the decision-makers who matter. Your mission? Identify companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, build genuine relationships, and book quality meetings for our Technical Delivery team.


You'll embed yourself in the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem, using a smart mix of LinkedIn outreach, email, and phone to create conversations that convert.


What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in sales โ€” outbound experience is a must
  • B2B background, ideally selling services
  • Confident and well-spoken on the phone โ€” you know how to engage prospects and secure the meeting
  • Strong written communication skills โ€” crafting compelling LinkedIn messages and emails that get responses
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot a big plus)
  • Genuinely uses AI tools as part of everyday work
  • Strong written and spoken English โ€” professional level
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and just as strong flying solo as you are in a team
  • A natural relationship-builder with the character to earn trust at senior level
