Job Description

Quality System (Function specific)

• Inspection of fabricated & machining parts as per engineering drawing.
• Material test certificate review.
• Incoming material inspection at fabrication premises.
• Conducting In process & final inspection
• Handling W S S inspection TPI’s
• Handling NC’s related to Suppliers.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Company’s COPQ target
• Other relevant Quality metrics
• Quality management system improvements for what applicable to relevant function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Must have considerable experience in technical roles preferably in a large multi-location business.
• Demonstrated experience in data visualization in Microsoft Excel and/or other data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to persistently pursue and achieve results. Uses data / analytics to proactively monitor and review plans to hit or exceed targets and drives continuous improvement.
• Knowledge in quality management tools, such as: Control Plans, Kaizen, 5S, Statistical Analysis, Root Cause analysis tools, Corrective Action Systems, FMEA, PPAP and Cause and Effect Diagrams preferred.
• Knowledgeable and demonstrated experience in understanding of technically complex problems.
