Vacatureomschrijving
Wat ga je doen?
- Neem je het voortouw in het continuous improvement‑proces van onze leverancierskwaliteit.
- Waak je over het volledige ontwerpproces, neem je actief deel aan design reviews en stuur je bij waar nodig.
- Draag je de kwaliteitscultuur uit door meetindicatoren te ontwikkelen, op te volgen en tijdig acties te initiëren.
- Onderhoud je ons kwaliteitssysteem (ISO9001) en implementeer je nieuwe.
- Coach en motiveer je interne teams om betrouwbare, productiegerichte producten te ontwikkelen.
- Bezoek je af en toe onze internationale vestigingen om kwaliteitsprocessen op elkaar af te stemmen.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

- Je hebt een master Elektronica en enkele jaren relevante werkervaring.
- Je bewaart vlot het overzicht in processen en optimalisatietrajecten.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en people management‑skills.
- Je gelooft in samenwerking over afdelingen heen om resultaten te behalen.
- Je neemt graag initiatief en werkt zelfstandig wanneer nodig.
- Kennis van kwaliteitsmethodes zoals 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, FMEA is een grote troef.
