Jouw commerciële uitdaging
Als Sales Manager ben jij het gezicht van Proferro bij klanten. Je bouwt sterke relaties uit, spot nieuwe opportuniteiten en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar duurzame business. Je weet hoe je deuren opent én deals sluit.

Wat je doet:

  • Je ontwikkelt en voert commerciële strategieën uit om groei te realiseren.
  • Je prospecteert actief en zet leads om in langdurige partnerships.
  • Je beheert het volledige commerciële traject: van eerste contact tot contract.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en klanten aan co-engineering oplossingen.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Proferro op beurzen en netwerkevents.

Functie-eisen

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • Bachelor of master in een commerciële of technische/engineering/bouw richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in B2B sales, bij voorkeur in een industriële context.
  • Sterke onderhandelaar met flair en overtuigingskracht.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, goede kennis van Duits of extra talen zijn een troef.
  • Bereidheid tot reizen binnen en buiten Europa.
