Stellenbeschreibung
- Leitung der Abteilung Kantine & Empfang mit einem Stundenausmaß von 32h/Woche
- Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Organisation der Kantine sowie Menübestellung bei unserem externen Lieferanten
- Bestellung und Organisation von Reinigungs- und Bewirtungsartikeln sowie von Kantinenbedarf
- Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen
- Hygienische Reinigung von Oberflächen
- Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Haus (Arbeitskleidung, Verbandskästen, etc.)
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse - grundlegende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Auftreten
- Serviceorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Führerscheingruppe B
