Developers work in agile, cross-functional squads alongside Product Managers and Designers to build next-generation features. As an Intern, you won't just be learning the basics; you will learn how to leverage AI development tools (like GitHub Copilot and LLM-driven workflows) to build smarter, faster, and more scalable solutions. We looking for bright, creative problem-solvers who can blend technical execution with AI-forward thinking to solve real-world customer problems.

Your Impact

• Agile Software Development: Collaborate in squads of 3–5 engineers, leveraging modern AI coding assistants to accelerate development from task conception to production.
• Modern Engineering Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Participate in automated code reviews, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and AI-driven testing frameworks.
• Architecture & Roadmapping: Provide data-driven inputs for the technical roadmap. Help the team balance new feature velocity with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and technical debt reduction.
• Collaborative Solutioning: Partner with Product Managers to design intelligent solutions that help our partners seamlessly connect digital tools to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
• System Integration: Analyze, optimize, and modernize current system integrations and data migration strategies.
• Global Collaboration: Work and learn alongside a world-class, distributed technical team spanning India and Canada.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Modern SDLC Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, with an appetite for incorporating AI tooling into the workflow.
• Scalability Mindset: Foundational knowledge of high-scalability, data-intensive, and distributed cloud applications.
• Core Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Java or Go, with the ability to build and adapt web applications using Angular.
• Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn our technology stack quickly and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
