Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment.

As part of our Telematics IT team, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology - working closely with internal stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to shape, define, and deliver impactful solutions.

You will play a key part in improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business performance through well-designed systems and processes. Many of these sit within or integrate with Salesforce.

If you enjoy translating complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is based in our Telematics head office at Arden Square, Crewe. It’s an excellent work environment, purpose built for collaboration.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
  • Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
  • Working closely with developers, Salesforce teams, and delivery managers during implementation
  • Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Supporting system enhancements, integrations, and data migration initiatives
  • Creating training materials and delivering end-user training
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending continuous improvements
  • Maintaining clear and accurate project and process documentation
  • Ensuring solutions align with governance, security standards, and best practices

What we’re looking for…

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst across web, CRM, or integration platforms
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting functional requirements with acceptance criteria
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Ability to write user stories using BDD frameworks
  • Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Experience with CRM implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with Salesforce (not essential)

What you can expect from us...
