Bureau Janssen is opgericht in augustus 2014 door Jan Janssen en voorziet in de behoefte van ondernemingen om in contact te komen met de best passende nieuwe collega bij een vacature. Tegelijk voorziet Bureau Janssen in de behoefte van professionals om een juiste vervolgstap te maken in hun carrière. Dan is er tot slot nog mijn eigen behoefte om bezig te zijn met een heel mooi vak, namelijk het bijelkaar brengen van professionals (vacaturehouders en mensen onderweg in hun carrière) waardoor een meerwaarde ontstaat voor beiden.

Alszodanig zit ik dus niet alleen op de selectie stoel namens een vacaturehouder maar vind het net zo belangrijk om met een professional na te denken over diens carrière.
