DIRECTOR - CARDIAC CATH LABΒ
Description:
Twenty-four hour accountability for planning, directing, leading and evaluating care provided by the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, EP, IR Lab and ECHO. Prepares requests for the fiscal yearβs budget and is accountable for achieving the department budgetary goals. Interacts closely with other facility staff and department heads to ensure safe, quality patient care is provided in accordance with corporate, facility and unit standards. Participates on committees and task forces as assigned. Formulates, reviews and assists in the revision of policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
Current Florida RN License, MBA or MS in related field preferred
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Preferred Certifications: RCIS (Reg Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), CCRN
Experience and advanced knowledge in interventional cardiovascular services
Minimum of two (2) years experience in acute care facility
Previous management experience in cardiology product line preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills in the English language
Excellent critical thinking skills
2+ to 5 years experience
