Program Scheduler

We have a great opportunity for a Program Scheduler who will be responsible for maintaining schedule analysis documentation in support of assigned programs or projects.
• Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule to meet all program objectives.
• Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality.
• Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
• Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience tracking and maintaining system documentation for Program and Project Scheduling and employing techniques to access performance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
• 2+ years administrating an Earned Value Management System.
• Intermediate MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.

IDEAL CANDIDATE Ideal candidate will come from the defense industry and have experience planning, creating and maintaining schedule documentation in support of government contracts.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORKED FOR THE FOLLOWING COMPANY(IES):Lockheed, BAE, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrup Grumman
