You will balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making to grow awareness, engagement, and business outcomes.

How you’ll make an impact

We are seeking a creative, strategic, fast-moving social marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment with lots of moving parts. You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who can keep partnership and influencer initiatives moving while ensuring content stays on-brand, timely, and high quality. You think beyond “posting,” using analytics, audience trends, and digital conversations to shape content direction and identify new growth opportunities. You understand how to tailor messaging by platform, including using LinkedIn as a B2B channel to engage and share information relevant to the family law professional community.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, brand objectives, and audience needs.
  • Plan and manage content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn, ensuring a strong mix of evergreen content, timely/trending content, and partnership-led initiatives.
  • Lead and support influencer and partnership initiatives, including collaboration planning, coordination, and follow-through (with particular attention to influencer-led programming like Expert Weeks).
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to develop platform-native graphics and short-form video; provide clear briefs informed by performance data and audience insights.
  • Work closely with the Content Team to identify and develop topical content based on audience trends, digital conversations, and what’s currently trending in the co-parenting space, including legal and social developments.
  • Tailor content and engagement strategy by channel, including leveraging LinkedIn for B2B communication and relationship-building with the family law professional community.
  • Coordinate creation and publishing of engaging content (copy, graphics, short-form video), ensuring strong storytelling, clear CTAs, and platform-native best practices.
  • Bring a community-building mindset to daily social; coordinate with internal teams on responses and engagement as needed.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing on paid social strategy and creative testing to amplify high-performing content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance; translate insights into actionable recommendations on content topics, creative direction, and posting strategy.
  • Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats; test new ideas and iterate quickly.
  • Support events or time-sensitive initiatives as needed, capturing content and translating it into social-first stories.
  • Spearhead and execute content calendars, Facebook events, engagement, and event coverage for additional marketing clients as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in a social media role managing multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience creating and distributing high-impact content that grows social communities.
  • Strong partnership mindset with experience coordinating across stakeholders (internal teams and external partners/creators).
  • Demonstrated ability to use social analytics to make data-driven decisions (content topics, creative direction, testing, and optimization).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editing instincts and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful; comfortable taking ownership with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience supporting influencer/creator collaborations and partnership-driven content initiatives.
  • Experience with Meltwater or other similar social listening and media monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Figma or other similar collaborative planning and design tools.
  • Experience with Canva (or comparable tools) and short-form video workflows.
  • Experience with ClickUp (or other project management tools).
  • Experience marketing SaaS and/or supporting both B2B and B2C brands.
