Excellent opportunity for a General Dentist to become an practice owner in Muncie, IN.  


The current owner is ready to retire and is offering his practice for sale with a flexible financing arrangement that includes payments which can be stretched over multiple years. 

Located in Muncie, IN and opened in 1996 …. Each year the practice treats more than 2,500 denture patients who travel from Muncie, Anderson, New Castle and many other communities in the surrounding area. This practice is currently providing a variety of implant offerings. The practice has shown progressively increasing profits and excellent cash flow.


Our practices are niche practices oriented towards serving a low income and elderly patient population, as well as value conscious patients. The practices are oriented towards removable prosthetics, extractions and related services. A number of affiliated practices provide sedation services and offer implant options. 


In addition to an exceptional income package, is a full benefits package including health a variety of insurance options and an outstanding 401k plan with a generous match. The practice also provides paid vacation/holidays, license and DEA renewals, annual CE allowance, and professional liability insurance.

The practice is also equipped with a fully staffed on-site laboratory operation enabling the practice to provide patients with same day service. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with no evenings and no weekends.  


Affiliation relieves the administrative burden of operating a busy dental practice, and allows the General Dentist to spend more time providing quality patient care while enjoying the benefits of a professionally gratifying and personally rewarding career.
