Job Description

We are seeking a skilled web product manager who will join the online channel team and drive the implementation and adoption of our web-enabling tools. You will work closely with our market-leading business units to understand our key needs and opportunities, and work with our information technology enablers to create effective online experiences that drive communications, commerce, and services.

You will be measured on:

• Working with business units, gather requirements on differentiating digital strategies and how they translate into core web content management platform capabilities, with a customer-first mindset

• Translating requirements and business objectives into prioritized, action-oriented deliverables, with measurable success criteria

• Working with IT and business leads, support the development of delivery and adoption plans for new website capabilities

• Working with operational leads establish and execute the appropriate test strategies, change management processes, and communication plans.

• Coordinate supporting functional leads and business analysts to ensure business alignment and their successful adoption of the new capabilities

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management or Technical Program Management experience in a related industry

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

• Proven success in delivering web programs by integrating resources across multiple functions (sales, marketing, operations, IT)

• Preferred experience in the following areas:

Oracle WebCenter

Enterprise web implementations with migration, multisite and multilingual scope
