Nurse Manager - Pediatric Hematology & Oncology - Full Time Days

We are seeking a Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Nurse Manager to join their recognized team.


The comprehensive Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Center at the children’s hospital consists of dedicated, compassionate pediatric specialists committed to providing high-quality, family-centered care for children with cancer and blood disorders. We treat all pediatric cancers and blood disorders and provide a full range of clinical services, including state-of-the-art imaging, innovative treatment protocols, surgery, radiation and stem cell transplant for infants, children and adolescent patients.


Unit Information:
• 37 bed Unit
• Patient population includes Hematology/oncology, renal, cardiac, post-surgical craniofacial, orthopedics, neurology, and some respiratory/infectious.

Requirements:


• Pediatric Oncology experience required (Pedi Hem/Onc experience must be within last 5-10 years.)
• 5 years of Management experience preferred (Management experience within the last 3 years, but doesn’t have to be in Peds Hem/Onc)
• BSN Required
• Advance Cert preferred
• Current TX RN License
• BLS
• PALS within 6 Months of hire

Qualifications
