Are you looking for the perfect hybrid role where you would blend your IT Project Manager/Business Analyst skills and your Marketing passion into the perfect role? Our marketing team is growing and we are looking for a talented individual to be the next Marketing Technology Project Manager to lead our marketing department into unchartered territory! As the Marketing Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, providing overall direction, coordination, execution and completion of specific projects all the while ensuring consistency with Bright Horizons strategy and goals.

What you will be doing: • Serve as a communication bridge between Subject Matter Experts, Business Stakeholders, and developers to facilitate understanding of initial requirements, questions and changes across these groups. • Understand initiatives in order to facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables and ultimately create project documents and work plans. • Plan and schedule project timelines and meetings. • Monitor, report and follow-up on the status and next steps of all project components. • Effectively identify, adjust for and communicate downstream impacts of project changes. • Navigate project changes effectively, remove barriers and coordinate with a variety of cross-functional project team members.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. • Effectively apply Bright Horizons IT Project methodology and enforce project standards. • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. • Participate in system rollout or training documentation/delivery as needed. • Participate in translating requirements to technical specifications. • Create and maintain business process flows, user flows, and ensure adequate representation of business procedures. • Document quality measures to ensure project success. • Create test plans and test cases from requirements. • Coordinate testing with Quality Assurance resources. • Capture and maintain accurate records of testing results and capture appropriate sign off of completeness. • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing. • Adjust communication strategy and approach of team to match the needs of specific business groups, individuals and partners and ensure that all materials created for communicating and facilitating discussion of intended approach are carefully tailored to the intended audience to ensure that business owners are able to give complete and accurate feedback. • Ensure that feedback from key Subject Matter Experts are fully acknowledged and incorporated into functional specifications, process flow diagrams and project plans to provide the confidence that they are being heard and that their needs will be met.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of technology project experience
Strong business analysis skills and experienc
Ability to remain organized at all times and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a cross-functional workgroup while being flexible in a changin
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent analytical skills required.
Experience managing all phases of the project life cycle related to Software Development, including
A proven track record of multi-tasking, meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time
