Unit: Home Health and Hospice
Unit Description: Need for an Occupational Therapist for Home Health and Hospice division. 24 to 40 hours per week
Provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments. Accurately assesses patient needs; identifies and initiates appropriate therapy interventions. Provides patient and family teaching. Works cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional occupational therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Weekend requirements: No Weekends

Qualifications
Requirements
Education, Training and Experience Required: Minimum Bachelors degree
Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapist college or university.
Licensure/Certification: State of Michigan registration
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
