  • Eligible for up to a 6% annual bonus payout of base salary, dependent on Balanced Scorecard achievements
  • Relocation assistance negotiable
  • Level II Nursery with five high-risk Pediatricians

ย  ย  ย  ย  > 1 Nursery with 16 bassinets
ย  ย  ย  ย  > 1 Level II Nursery with 8 bassinets
ย  ย  ย  ย  > ย 8 overflow bassinets

  • ~1,400 births annually
  • Care delivery model is LDR and Mother/Baby
  • Has 2 peer managers (OB Manager and Pediatrics Manager); reports to Director of Women's and Children's Services

Qualifications

  • Bachelors required
  • Ohio RN licensure required
  • At least 2 years of prior (recent) NICU experience required
