Requirements/Certifications:
- Candidates can work either in Scottsdale (preferable) or Maryland Heights
- Hours flexible, typically 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, M-F
- Strong phone and data entry skills required
- Proficient with MS Office software.
- Ability to type 60 WPM.
- Strong ten key user.
- Results and solution oriented; not afraid to ask questions
- Minimum of 1 year customer service, claims, or general office.
- High School /GED
Description:
Responsible for creation and maintenance of the enrollment and disenrollment of eligible Medicare Part D enrollees.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluates data and determines what process is required for specific systems and accounts.
- Processes member enrollment and change of coverage requests.
- Corresponds with contacts regarding member and data.
- Resolves problems with automated transmission of authorizations.
- Responsible for timely and accurate keying of enrollment and disenrollment.
