Job Description
Responsibilities:
The candidate will collaborate with scientists and other informaticians to help discover lead antibodies from NGS workflows. The candidate is expected to develop new tools and analytic methods leveraging the development resources within the group and within the client
Extensive experience in scripting languages like Python, Perl and analyses tool โRโ. Comfortable using library packages like D3 and C3 JavaScript and htmlwidgets for R.
Hands-on experience with rich UI and stunning data visualization using JavaScript in Rย
Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Immunology, Life Sciences, Biostatistics or equivalent
- Bachelors in above would be considered if there is enough experience gained in a pharma setting
- Hands-on experience developing Computational tools for sequence analyses from Next Gen platforms for antibody screening technologies
- Extensive experience in scripting languages like Python, Perl and analyses tool โRโ. Comfortable using library packages like D3 and C3 JavaScript and htmlwidgets for R.
- Hands-on experience with rich UI and stunning data visualization using JavaScript in R
- Knowledge of antibodies in drug discovery process
